Testimonials

The Faith Mangope Technology and Leadership is a NPO organisation that helps young women in South Africa to bridge the gap of males and females in the ICT sector by training them to become software developers/programmers.

What makes our training unique is that we address not only the IQ component but also look at Emotional and Creative Intelligence.

On a weekly basis we invite various guests to speak to our young women who suffer from various traumas, mental health disorders as well as emotional issues.

3 weeks ago FMTALI welcomed Jenna Bayer as our speaker who engaged with our young women on mental disorders and how to manage them. She automatically clicked with our students who absolutely loved her presentation and felt that she really understood the key emotional issues that they were going through. She also shared her very deeply emotional and personal journey on how she transitioned from identifying as a male to identifying as a female. The students enjoyed every minute they spent with Jenna and we will most definitely invite Jenna back to continue engaging with our young women on such key issues such as mental health and how best to deal with it.

Thank you Jenna for being the wonderful and caring person you are and would recommend you to other organisations, NPO’s Schools, University and College Students to help them identify and manage mental health issues.

Jenna Bayer offers around the clock support, advice and a professionalism that I have always admired. Her persistent role in encouraging empowerment and advocacy is so admirable and informative,- her talks and interviews are testament to this.

As a psychologist,- her empathy, skills-set, tenacious nature and interactions allow for multi-layered and deeper support, coping, solutions and most importantly she offers hope. Providing hope and solution is something I personally experience when I work with Jenna and I feel incredibly blessed to to know her.

I endorse Jenna Bayer as a champion for human rights. She has discussed ideas with Soul City Institute on the need to eradicate gender-based violence and she has also been a panelist on matters relating to gender-based violence. Soul City Institute is truly grateful for her support.
